Your account

You must be legally able to accept these terms and provide accurate information. Keep your sign-in account secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Guest access is available for some features; other features require an account.

Jobs and applications

GCC Talent helps you discover opportunities and manage your career information. Employers and external sources are responsible for their listings and hiring decisions. We do not guarantee listing accuracy, availability, interviews, offers or employment. Review a role and its requirements before applying.

Submitting an application or enabling an application agent authorizes the service to send relevant application information according to the action and preferences you select. Check those preferences carefully. Withdrawing an application does not recall information already received by an employer. External application sites have their own terms.

Your content

You retain your rights in the resumes, profile information and other content you provide. You give GCC Talent permission to store, process, display and share that content as needed to operate the features you use and as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload content you have the right to use; do not include another person’s confidential information without authority.

AI-assisted features

AI-generated text, resume scores, matches and career suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs before relying on, saving or sharing them. They are not a promise of employment or professional legal advice. Relevant inputs may be processed by external AI providers as explained in the Privacy Policy. Suggested extracted profile changes require your review and confirmation.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent applications, harass users, upload malware, infringe rights, bypass access controls, or disrupt or misuse the service. Do not collect other users’ personal information without authorization. We may restrict accounts or remove content to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements.

Our service and third parties

GCC Talent’s branding, software and interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the service for its intended purposes; these terms do not transfer ownership of our materials. Linked sites and sign-in, email and AI providers operate their own services. We may change features or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or security.

Closing your account

You may stop using the service at any time. Settings includes Delete account. The current action disables your account and signs you out while retaining stored records; see the Privacy Policy for details and how to request erasure. We may suspend or close access for misuse or legal reasons. Closing access does not undo previously submitted applications or disclosures.

Responsibility and your legal rights

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or error-free content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for independent employers’ decisions, third-party services, or losses caused by inaccurate content you provide. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer and privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the effective date. Where required, we will notify you of material changes. Contact us using the email below about support, disputes or these terms. Applicable mandatory law remains in effect.
