Who handles your information

GCC Talent operates this service. You can contact us using the email below about this policy, your information, or a privacy request.

Information we collect

Account information includes your name, email address, sign-in provider identifier, and authentication/session records. Apple or Google supplies the information you authorize, which may include an Apple private relay email. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.

We store information you provide in your profile, including your skills, experience, education, location, job preferences, resumes and other career content. We also process saved jobs, applications, application history, interview details, notifications, settings, and messages you send to the career coach or support.

Guest use can create an installation identifier and guest records. Our service and infrastructure process operational information such as IP addresses, request times, security events, job views and feature usage to run, measure and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, maintain your account, display and match jobs, manage applications and interviews, provide resume tools and career guidance, send service messages, support users, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing depends on providing the service you request, legitimate operational and security interests, legal obligations, or your consent where required.

AI features

Resume extraction, resume analysis and writing, job matching, employer shortlisting, and career coaching may send relevant resume text, profile information, job descriptions or messages to OpenRouter and the model providers it routes requests to. These providers process the content to produce the requested output under their applicable terms and policies. Do not put unnecessary sensitive information into resumes or chat messages.

AI output can be inaccurate. Review suggested profile changes and generated content before saving or sharing them. AI scores and suggestions do not guarantee a job or replace an employer’s hiring decision.

Sharing and service providers

When you apply or enable an application agent, relevant application and profile information can be shared with the employer concerned. Recruiter visibility and resume-sharing settings affect employer access within the service. An employer or external job site may handle information it receives under its own privacy policy; changes in GCC Talent cannot recall copies already received.

Providers help us host the service, store files, protect traffic, deliver email and authenticate users. These include our server hosting provider, Cloudflare for network protection and file storage, Resend for email, Apple and Google for sign-in, and the AI providers described above. Authorized staff may access records for support, moderation, security and administration. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and safety.

Storage, international processing and security

Your information may be stored or processed outside your country by our infrastructure and service providers. Data protection rules may differ between countries; applicable transfer requirements still apply. We use access controls, encrypted connections and protected credential storage, but no service can promise absolute security. Only upload information you are entitled to provide.

Retention and account deletion

Records remain stored while needed to provide and administer the service. The current in-app Delete account action disables the account and signs you out; it does not automatically erase your profile, resumes, applications, messages or history from our systems. There is currently no automatic purge period for these retained records.

Contact us to request access, correction or erasure of retained information. We will review the request under applicable law and explain any information that must be retained for legal, security or other permitted purposes. Backups and records already held by employers may be subject to separate retention requirements.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your profile, manage resumes, change recruiter visibility and resume-sharing preferences, and change notification settings in the app. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable law provides these rights, and withdraw consent for processing based on consent. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

The website uses cookies or equivalent storage for sign-in and language preferences. Mobile apps store session credentials in protected device storage and retain settings needed to operate. Browser or device controls let you remove local data, which may sign you out. The mobile apps do not include advertising tracking SDKs.

Children and policy changes

GCC Talent is a career and recruitment service and is not designed for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately. We may update this policy as the service changes and will identify the effective date. Where required, we will give additional notice or request consent for material changes.
