To lead sector-level skills research and analysis by assessing employer demand, labour market trends, and workforce needs. The role focuses on identifying skills gaps and mismatches, developing sector insights, and translating research findings into actionable recommendations to support Tamkeen and Skills Bahrain’s programs and interventions. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, Statistics , Business Analytics, or a related field, along with at 6-8 years of experience in in research, workforce development, labour market analysis, public policy research, or a related field.
