Portfolio Management Lead

To lead the planning, prioritization, and governance of Tamkeen’s digital portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and available resources. The role oversees demand management, resource and capacity planning, and portfolio performance, while monitoring progress, risks, and dependencies. It also works closely with business and technology teams to support informed decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and ensure digital initiatives deliver maximum value to the organization. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in portfolio management, digital transformation, strategy, PMO, change management, or a related field.
