MotorWorks, part of Haji Hassan Group, is seeking a customer-focused and sales-oriented Service Advisor to join its team. This role is open to Bahraini nationals only. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact between customers and the service department, understand vehicle maintenance and repair requirements, advise customers on appropriate services, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
المهام
- Welcome customers and handle inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- Assess customer concerns and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Advise customers on recommended repairs, maintenance procedures, and available services.
- Prepare, process, and follow up on service job orders and repair requests.
- Coordinate with technicians and the service department to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
- Explain repair estimates, service costs, and maintenance recommendations to customers.
- Promote relevant automotive services and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress and vehicle readiness.
- Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and job order details.
المتطلبات
- Bahraini national only.
- High school certificate or diploma.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Very good understanding of automotive mechanics, vehicle systems, and maintenance procedures.
- Proven sales skills and excellent customer service abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and other team members.
- Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
