To provide administrative and operational support in payroll processing activities by maintaining employee payroll records, assisting with payroll transactions, preparing reports, verifying payroll-related information, responding to employee queries, and ensuring payroll data is processed accurately, confidentially, and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

المهام

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records, including salary amendments, allowances, deductions, transfers, and employment changes.
  • Verify payroll data and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and employee entitlements.
  • Assist in preparing payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for management review.
  • Support the administration of employee salary adjustments, annual increments, allowances, and other payroll-related transactions.
  • Respond to routine payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Assist in processing employee joiners, transfers, status changes, and terminations within payroll systems.
  • Review payroll inputs and outputs to identify discrepancies and support corrective actions where required.
  • Maintain proper payroll documentation, filing systems, and records to ensure confidentiality and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to obtain payroll-related information and support payroll processing activities.
  • Ensure all assigned duties are performed accurately, confidentially, and within established timelines.
  • Perform other payroll and administrative duties as assigned by management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent discipline
