As the Head of Corporate OSH, you will provide strategic leadership, governance and assurance for the Company's corporate Health and Safety (OSH) framework across offices, facilities, projects, maintenance/support activities, contractors and other company-controlled operations for Etihad Aviation Group. The role ensures regulatory compliance, effective risk management, strong safety culture, setting departmental & individual objectives, developing & motivating staff performance and continuous improvement.

المهام

  • Set the corporate HSE strategy, policies and annual improvement plan, and run a management system aligned with OSHAD-SF, UAE Civil Defence requirements, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  • Own the corporate risk register, test whether controls work, and lead management of change.
  • Run a risk-based audit and inspection programme across business units, facilities and contractors.
  • Oversee investigation and root-cause analysis, and make sure lessons change how work is done.
  • Set HSE requirements for selection, mobilisation, monitoring and performance.
  • Maintain emergency preparedness and its links to crisis management and business continuity.
  • Build the dashboards, leading and lagging indicators, and trend analysis that go to executives and the Board.
  • Lead and develop an HSE team, and strengthen leadership engagement and proactive hazard reporting.

المتطلبات

  • 15+ years in HSE, including at least 7 leading teams, in a high-hazard, highly regulated industry such as aviation, oil and gas, infrastructure or transport.
  • Experience leading a multi-site, multicultural HSE organisation and managing a departmental budget.
  • A track record in corporate HSE governance: management systems, risk management, assurance and incident investigation.
  • Strong knowledge of OSH legislation, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, HSE, environmental science, occupational health or a related discipline.
  • A recognised professional HSE qualification; NEBOSH Diploma, CSP or CMIOSH preferred.
